Why it’s on the route

Morning Glass was opened in Manoa Valley in 2011 by former Starbucks executive Eric Rose and helped start Honolulu's specialty scene. It serves a rotating line-up from roasters such as Four Barrel and Coava alongside Hawaiian roasters including Big Island Coffee Roasters, as espresso and pour-over. The breezy, open-air hillside café is known for its breakfast menu and baked goods.
