Rowster Coffee

Why it’s on the route

Rowster was started by Kurt Stauffer in February 2008, roasting beans for local restaurants and shops before opening this café on Wealthy Street in an 1896 building. Coffees come from about a dozen origins, favouring small family farms, and production roasting now happens on Stevens Street. The café has a 15-seat bar salvaged from an old bowling alley and focuses on espresso drinks and beans to take home.
