Snake River Roasting hand-roasts small batches in Jackson and is one of the few shops in town serving its own coffee; founders Ruth Ann Petroff and Mark Barron sold it to Mekki Jaidi's Outpost Group, which opened this Broadway café in 2022. The two-storey space, the former Jackson Hole Roasters café, serves espresso and single origins with a full food menu.
