Why it’s on the route

Roly-Poly is run by brothers Taylor and Gavin Wallace, with Taylor roasting the beans, which are sold in recyclable cans; the shop was formerly called Partner Coffee. The Broadway café is tucked behind a lumber yard with mountain views, kitted out in vintage decor with a well-used bike rack out front, and serves espresso drinks with kolaches.
