Why it’s on the route

Vesta was founded by Jerad Jay, who started it in 2015 in the Las Vegas Arts District with a café, roastery and food program under one roof, and designed its spaces himself. Alongside espresso and batch drip, the bars offer manual brews with Kalita and Fellow gear, and the beans are sold wholesale and in Southwest grocery stores. The look is minimal black-and-white, and Vesta has since opened more cafés, including one in the Durango resort.
