Worth a journey
Buenos Aires · Microcentro, Argentina
Why it’s on the route
Negro opened in 2015 near Teatro Colón and roasts through Fuego Tostadores, its own roastery, which buys beans from Colombia, Brazil, Bolivia and Peru. The Suipacha 'Cueva' keeps porteño classics like the cortado on the menu while serving V60 and Chemex filter. It is the only Argentine café ranked in The World's 100 Best Coffee Shops in both 2025 and 2026.
