Why it’s on the route

Founder Dan Kim, formerly head roaster at Brewtown Newtown, roasts on site and sources his own green beans. The menu offers the highest-grade single origins as filter and espresso, plus a seasonal blend of Ethiopian and Colombian coffee. The space is described as more showroom than café, with blonde oak, white concrete and almost no food.
