Why it’s on the route

Single O roasts all its coffee at a solar-powered roastery in Botany and runs the original Surry Hills café on Reservoir Street. A self-serve batch brew bar pours four single origins from taps, with pour-overs and daily filter flights alongside. The long, narrow room has a sit-in side and a takeaway side, and an all-day food menu runs next to the coffee.
