Baden Torrefação

Why it’s on the route

Baden Torrefação is a roastery with a café on the upper floor of Porto Alegre's Mercado Público, and on some days the roasting can be watched from the shop. Its specialty coffees are served on site or sold to take home, with cuca toast topped with colonial cheese and honey on the side.
