William & Sons has roasted in Porto Alegre since 2013, using coffees from Minas Gerais and Bahia. The Garagem shop in Moinhos de Vento is a small converted house where the beans are roasted on site and served as espresso or weighed-out pour-overs. The company also runs a Petrópolis café, the unit ranked in South America's 100 Best, and one in Gramado.
