Coffee Lab was founded in 2012 by Isabela Raposeiras, Brazil's first national barista champion, and roasts its own blends and single origins in-house. Filter coffee rotates daily, brewed on V60 or AeroPress, with tasting 'rituals' that pair coffee with chocolate or cheese. It works as a café, roastery and barista school, with staff in colourful mechanic-style jumpsuits taking orders at the bar.
