Why it’s on the route
Quanto Café opened in 2018 in Asa Norte and set up its own micro-roastery in 2021, never serving beans more than 40 days past roast. Filter coffees from Caparaó and Cerrado Mineiro are brewed on V60 or AeroPress, and the 'Expresso Quanto' comes with Canastra cheese and honey. Seating is on a wooden deck under the trees, with sandwiches on slow-fermented bread.
