Santos Best Coffee is run by the third generation of the Danish-Brazilian Wolthers family, whose coffee export business has worked in Santos for over 70 years. The roastery and café company roasts specialty coffee that it also sells to restaurants in the region and in São Paulo. This café, opened in 2021, sits on the fifth floor of the Palácio José Bonifácio city hall, with a coffee-and-surf concept and pastries by chef Marcela Lermy.
