Amor Perfecto is one of Bogotá's pioneering specialty roasters, buying small lots from regions across Colombia and roasting the coffee served in its shops. Its first shop in Chapinero Alto houses a coffee lab, and baristas prepare filter coffee at the table alongside espresso and coffee cocktails. The company's barista Diego Campos won the 2021 World Barista Championship in Milan.
