Why it’s on the route
Café Cultor began as a coffee exporter and now works with around 10,000 Colombian producers, roasting on a Probat at its own lab. At its Casa café in Quinta Camacho you can sometimes watch the master roaster in the roasting area. Guests sit at the counter while baristas explain each brewing method, and the house has a patio and indoor rooms.
