Cafetería Coopedota belongs to the Dota cooperative, which processes, roasts and packs coffee from its member farms in Tarrazú. The café offers reserve, washed, honey and natural profiles plus micro-lots, brewed by six methods including Vandola and AeroPress. Remodelled in a vintage-industrial style, it looks out on the cooperative's silos and machinery.
