Why it’s on the route

Raymi Coffee was launched in 2021 by Ecuadorian content creator Damián Bernal, known as 'El Champ', to showcase coffees that taste of Ecuador's mountains and fruit. It roasts its own coffee and serves espresso drinks and flavoured mochas; this is its La Floresta branch, with the main café in El Bosque. The brand placed No. 99 in South America's 100 Best Coffee Shops 2026.
