Why it’s on the route
Fankør was opened in 2018 by Pablo Mateus and Valeria Ordóñez, who roast light in their own in-house roastery and buy from Ecuadorian growers. A flight of three filter coffees sits alongside espresso, with house bread and pastry from Valeria's kitchen. The space is industrial with warm colours, high ceilings and plenty of daylight.
