Why it’s on the route
Stratto was started by partners who met through barista competitions, among them Alejandro Rodríguez, and selects, roasts and distributes its own Ecuadorian coffee. Its Bodega de Café in La Floresta, opened in December 2024, treats coffee like a wine cellar, with espresso, filter coffee and drinks made from coffee mucilage. The menu also runs to salads, sandwiches and mains.
