Why it’s on the route

Belleville Brûlerie was founded by David Flynn, Thomas Lehoux and Anselme Blayney and roasts single-origin coffees on site for many Paris cafés. The public side of the roastery is a shop with Saturday tastings and cuppings, with a focus on filter coffee. It is regarded as the supplier behind much of the city's specialty scene.
