Partisan, co-founded by Georges Karam, roasts its coffee at the Rue de Turbigo café and offers a light single-origin espresso beside a darker blend. Gault&Millau lists single origins from Brazil, Ethiopia, Peru and Colombia. Sprudge reported plans to move roasting to a separate space for training and cuppings.
