Why it’s on the route
Café BUN is the only café in a European Coffee Trip round-up of Montpellier that roasts its own coffee. It brews espresso, usually a Brazilian roast, and AeroPress with a fruitier single origin from Ethiopia or Tanzania. Six single-origin roasts are sold on site, and it supplies Extra Shot with its beans.
