Deep Coffee Roasters opened in 2017 near the Vieux-Port, founded by DJ and producer Tony Collins, and roasts on site from origins including Brazil, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Ethiopia and Myanmar. The room has a simple North American-style look and a sunny terrace. Matcha and chai lattes, vegan pastries and snacks are served, and brunch runs only occasionally.
