Le Café Cerise is a specialty café on the Garonne quayside in Toulouse, opened in 2015 by Valentin Tihy. A roasting space was added about two years later, and it now roasts single-origin arabicas on site and sells them by the bag. The bar serves V60 and AeroPress filter from a changing menu, along with cold brew and cascara.
