Why it’s on the route
Coutume was founded in 2010 by Tom Clark and Antoine Netien and selects and roasts single-origin coffees in the Île-de-France region. The Rue de Babylone café is the best known of its roughly ten Paris locations. It is often credited with starting the current wave of specialty coffee in the city.
