BNKR Specialty Roasters roasts its beans in-house and is best known for its Pomegranate Chemex, a 'red coffee', alongside orange coffee and a passion-fruit espresso tonic. The original café hides down an alley off Atoneli Street near Orbeliani Square, with a tight room and a small courtyard; a larger branch is in Vera. Pastries and cookies are served by day, and a Negroni after hours.
