Why it’s on the route
Tsvari Roasters opened in late 2025 near Tbilisi's railway station and roasts its own beans in-house. It pours a rotating line-up of single origins and small-batch roasts, including guest coffees from Ukraine's Mad Heads, on a Sanremo machine. The minimalist room pairs custom wood furniture, concrete floors and soft pink finishes, and it is laptop-friendly.
