Why it’s on the route

gangundgäbe roasts all its beans in the shop on a Giesen machine, using slow, gentle profiles. Green coffee comes through direct-trade partners Quijote Kaffee and Flying Roasters from cooperatives in Ethiopia, Ecuador and Guatemala. The small café has vintage wooden chairs and serves espresso drinks with baked goods.
