Man Versus Machine is run by Marco and Cornelia Mehrwald, who roast light coffees on a Probat at the original Glockenbachviertel location and ship across Europe. Filter coffee comes as BUNN batch brew or by hand on V60, AeroPress, Kalita or syphon, with espresso on a La Marzocco Strada. The café is compact with Scandinavian and Japanese touches and artwork.
