Why it’s on the route

Mókuska was founded by Stefan Dachale, a former film sound engineer, and roasts its own coffee on a Giesen roaster, with the roastery now in Feuerbach. It buys specialty coffee directly from producers and selected intermediaries, much of it organic, and the packaging names variety and origin. The Johannesstraße café in Stuttgart-West has a full espresso menu, free wifi and summer outdoor seating.
