Taf began as a family importer and roaster in the 1990s and opened its Benaki Street shop in 2009, one of Athens' first specialty coffee bars. Founder Yiannis Taloumis, a Licensed Q Grader, buys through direct trade and the shop pours rotating single origins as filter, batch brew and three-cup tasting flights. The room is low-key, with a terrace and a retail shelf at the back.
