Why it’s on the route
El Injerto is the café arm of Finca El Injerto, a Huehuetenango farm with over a century of coffee growing, and serves only its own coffee from seed to cup. The Zona 13 shop has a filter bar with more than ten methods, including V60, Chemex, Origami, Aeropress and siphon, plus a coffee school. It has four more branches in the capital.
