Rojo Cerezo is a small roastery-café opened in 2013 by Rogelio Dávila, one of the first specialty shops in the capital. It roasts Guatemalan coffees from well-known regions and serves pour-over, cold brew and coffee cherry tea. The owner is a professional taster who trains the baristas.
