La Central is a café-roastery with a ProbatOne roaster in the corner, owned by the green coffee exporter Primavera Coffee. Beans are screened by a Q grader and served as V60, Chemex, Aeropress and Kalita, with espresso on a La Marzocco Strada. The room is modern and cosy, with a shaded front patio.
