Why it’s on the route
Accro is a small Yuen Long shop where owner Tsuyoshi Mok roasts the beans in-house, sourced from several origins. It hosted the 2013 World Siphonist Championship, and siphon brewing remains its specialty, used for limited lots such as El Velo Geisha. The team includes several award-winning baristas, among them a 2017 World Latte Art Championship finalist.
