Why it’s on the route

Return Coffee has roasted in Hong Kong since 2013 under founder and head roaster Terry Tse, a coffee competition judge and SCA course tutor, with an in-house panel cupping each roast. Its espresso blends, named after keyboard keys from ALT to TAB, sit alongside single origins from Ethiopia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Honduras and Panama. The Tsuen Wan shop, Return Coffee 362, serves coffee and runs barista courses.
