Phoenix Coffee Roastery is the Peng Chau micro-roastery of Ah Yat, known as Coffeeman, a barista with more than a decade in the industry who launched his Bike Coffeeman brand in 2020. He fires up the roaster every Monday for small batches of single origins, which he serves on the island along with coffee workshops.
