Why it’s on the route
Shoot Me In The Head, or SMITH, was co-founded in Duren Tiga by Muhammad Aga, winner of the 2018 Indonesia Barista Championship. It roasts green coffee bought directly from farms and runs separate espresso and manual-brew bars, pouring the Smith house blend alongside rotating Indonesian lots from Simalungun in North Sumatra, Aceh Gayo and Flores.
