Space Coffee Roastery was founded in Yogyakarta in 2016 and grew from a small online roaster into one of the city's best-known names among home brewers. It roasts only specialty-grade beans, from house blends such as Strawberry Fields and Icebreaker to limited lots like the anaerobic-natural Gayo Apple Cider, and holds public cuppings. The café on Gang Loncang lets visitors see the roasting side of the operation.
