Spill the Beans is an unusual coffee stop set inside a fuel station on Gading Serpong's main boulevard, housed in a monolithic, earth-toned building by Bandung-based Arkides Studio. Behind a restrained exterior the interior opens up, filled with daylight and ventilated through a detached outer skin. The bar is built around an omakase-style ritual in which guests let the barista choose and prepare each cup, with reservations taken online.
