Why it’s on the route
Trefoil is a coffee, matcha and art space in Serpong that opened in December 2024 and won in the Spaces category of the SCA Coffee Design Awards at World of Coffee Geneva 2025. Designers William Sutanto and Eunike Nathania drew on the owner's love of Japan, using banana paper, wood and marble in a calm, minimal interior. The menu splits between espresso-based coffee and whisked matcha.
