Big Pilot Bar by Center Coffee

Why it’s on the route

Big Pilot Bar opened in July 2021 on the fifth floor of Lotte Department Store's main branch, a collaboration between watchmaker IWC and Seoul roastery Center Coffee and IWC's first coffee bar. Designed by U.LAB around the Big Pilot watch, it uses wall tiles made from waste vinyl and waste glass and centres on a 10-metre black communal table. The Center Coffee menu is split into 'Pure' and 'Bold' lines.
