Why it’s on the route

Felt is a Seoul specialty roaster that imports much of its own green coffee and supplies other businesses as well as running its cafés, with roasting led by co-owner Kim Young-hyun. The seasonal lineup leans bright and clean: filter coffee is brewed by hand, and espresso comes as either a high-acidity seasonal or a lower-acidity classic. The Gwanghwamun bar sits below ground in the D Tower building, a pared-back, gallery-like room with limited seating.
