Why it’s on the route
Coffee Temple is run by Kim Sa-hong, who competed at the 2016 World Barista Championship as Korea's national champion with his 'Super Clean Espresso', ground to remove fines for a very clear cup. After its Seoul branch closed in 2020 the café settled in Jeju, inside Jungseon Farm, which also has a library, a small art museum and lodging. Alongside espresso and hand drip, it sells its own blends and Geisha drip bags.
