Why it’s on the route
Momos began in 2007 in a corner of the founder's parents' restaurant near Oncheonjang, and in 2021 opened this roastery and coffee bar in a converted dockside warehouse in Yeongdo. Its co-CEO and head barista Jeon Ju-yeon won the 2019 World Barista Championship, and the team sources directly at origin. Visitors can watch the industrial roasters at work, smell the house blends from glass jars, and order espresso drinks, single-origin filter or the daily hand drip.
