Norm was opened in 2018 by four partners with family ties to Macallum Connoisseurs, the George Town roastery and coffee academy. It now occupies a former shipping yard on Gat Lebuh Gereja near the ferry terminal: a high-ceilinged, skylit room with exposed brick, indoor trees and a pebble garden. Hand-brewed single origins and espresso come from a long barista counter, with homemade waffles as the house specialty.
