Transparent Coffee was opened by Joey Mah, also behind Three Little Birds, as a café that buys all its coffee directly from producers, from named Central American farmers to the Uraga Samii washing station in Ethiopia's Guji zone. Filter brews are the best showcase for those lots, alongside espresso drinks, a well-liked iced latte and sandwiches on home-baked sourdough.
