Why it’s on the route
Drip started as a coffee window on Calle Guadalajara and grew into a small café that roasts coffees from several origins on site. It sells its own bagged beans and works directly with producers in Puebla and Oaxaca, brewing them as pour-over or drip as well as espresso and cold brew. Seating is a pair of wooden benches out front and a quieter upstairs room.
