Why it’s on the route

Espíritu Café is listed as roasting its own coffee and offers sixteen filter methods plus an espresso tonic. Much of the menu uses Chiapas coffee from Finca San Juan del Vesubio. The bar and retail point in Jardines de San Manuel runs extraction workshops and a coffee passport.
