Florencia y Fortunata was opened in May 2021 by Carolina Peralta, named after her grandmother and great-aunt, and employs only women. It buys directly from women producers in Cusco and Cajamarca, names them on its bags, and has added its own coffee lab and roastery. This branch is the roastery café, known for cookies and alfajores.
